We offer \$18.00 - \$20.00/hr plus bonus pay, comprehensive benefits, and cash incentives! Our Lube Techs are responsible for the safe and efficient application of a wide variety of lube service activities in heavy duty trucks, including, but not limited to vehicle inspection, wiper replacement, light replacement, and battery installation as well as changing oil and filters. Safely uses a variety of equipment, including, but not limited to air guns, air jacks, drill, buffer, hammer, lifts, and miscellaneous hand tools. Skills & Experience: \' Prior experience in mechanical environment or recent graduate of diesel school program preferred but not required. \' Valid Oregon and/or Washington Driver\'s License with a clean three-year driving record required. \' Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals, as well as write routine correspondence. \' Strong work ethic with demonstrated positive approach toward serving customers and supporting employees. \' Ability to handle a complex variety of tasks simultaneously while maintaining professional composure and positive approach. This position functions primarily in a busy diesel automotive repair shop facility and will be required to stand for prolonged periods of time. The employee must be able to work in a loud work environment with frequent distractions. Use hands to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; and climb or balance. The employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
