Our agency is actively seeking a Director for our Operations Division, a role that is critical to both the strategic and day-to-day management of our transportation and maintenance operations. This key leadership position entails overseeing the development and execution of annual budgets, multi-year planning, and capital enhancements across our fleets and facilities, directly aligning with our strategic business objectives. You will play a pivotal role in advancing our organizational mission and executing special projects! This role requires a strong commitment to safety, exemplified through leadership and the implementation of practices that prioritize safety as a fundamental aspect of all work activities.
