From its inception in 1946, Fender has been at the forefront of musical innovation. The Stratocaster, Telecaster, and Precision & Jazz bass guitars have shaped and defined countless music genres, becoming essential tools for musicians worldwide.

We are looking for experienced visual merchandisers in your area to visit Guitar Center stores and merchandise Fender accessories.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIE

  • This opportunity will consist of two-store visits. A 3 hour visit to be completed by the end of September, and an additional 1.5 hour follow up visit to be completed October-December.

  • Merchandising - Maintain a tidy and shoppable display to enhance product visibility and accessibility.

  • Inventory Management - Move inventory from backstock to the sales floor

  • Graphic Install - Install Fender graphics on the display enhances brand visibility and reinforces brand identity.

  • Submit store visit reports, including taking before and after photos and writing summaries, using the ThirdChannel technology on a smart device.

  • Improve brand visibility and presentation of Fender products.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Flexible. Work with store management to determine the best shift for you and them.

  • Capture data, take quality photos and write detailed visit summary notes using our app on your smart device. (iOS version 15.0, Android version 10.0 or above)

  • Ability to work independently but also in a friendly manner with store teams

  • High Energy! Ability to be on your feet and moving product

  • Dependable! Schedule and complete your work as scheduled. Must be reliable

COMPENSATION AND PERKS

  • This is a 1099 independent contractor position

  • Compensation starting at $25/hour plus travel incentive (hourly rate based on market and relevant experience)

  • Design your own flexible work schedule in agreement with store management

  • Build merchandising, inventory and customer service experience
