EVENT SERVICES STAFF-On Call\ Parks, Recreation & Facilities Department Public Assembly Facilities

You can be a part of the guest experience at Merrill Auditorium, the James A. Banks Exposition Building, Hadlock Field, Fitzpatrick Stadium, Ocean Gateway, William B. Troubh Ice Arena and other outdoor parks and City properties. Exciting opportunity to work Maine Celtics games, performances at Merrill Auditorium, and many more events.

Duties & Position Requirements Include:

  • Set-up prior and tear-down following an event.
  • Preparing, cooking, taking orders, serving, and distributing food and beverages.
  • Ticket taking, parking attendant.
  • Cleaning before, during and after events.
  • Crowd management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must have a valid Class C drivers license with a good driving record.
