Regulatory Science Technician / Portage, MI

Kelly Services is currently seeking Regulatory Science Technician for one of our top clients in Portage, MI.

Duration: 12 months

Pay: $25/hr - $45/hr depending on skills

Hours/Shift: 8am – 5pm, M-F

As a Regulatory Science Technician placed with Kelly Services you will be responsible supporting the product lifecycle through obsolescence by assessing changes made to the device post launch to determine regulatory impact of changes to the current clearance. Ensures regulatory compliance by completing thorough assessments and completing the appropriate submissions pertaining to product clearances/approvals by FDA, Notified Bodies, and other regulatory bodies. Viewed as an entry level regulatory resource.

  • This role will be responsible for Regulatory sustaining (downstream, post-launch) work supporting our Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) portfolio.

  • This individual will be responsible for completing post-launch regulatory change assessments for these devices. They will be assessing for regulatory impact on the US 510(k) premarket notification, EU MDR Technical documentation, and EU PPE Regulation market clearances.

  • They will be completing updates to the EU MDR TD and EU PPE Regulation technical files based on device changes.

  • They will also be reviewing and approving Ad/Promo materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in science or related field preferred.

  • Experience in a regulatory field or industry.Experience with medical devices is preferred.

  • Strong time management skills while being detailed oriented.
