MIDDLE SCHOOL MEDIA SECRETARY (EduStaff Employee) Central Middle School 8 hours per day Start Date:  ASAP School Year

  JOB SUMMARY      Assist in providing a well-organized, smooth functioning media center environment in which teachers and students can take full advantage of available resources.   Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma
  • Additional related media training desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of library media programs
  • One year previous office experience
  • Highly skilled in organization, interpersonal communications and customer service
  • Ability to be flexible, manage time wisely, and complete job responsibilities with minimal instruction
  • History of exemplary attendance
  • Ability to operate office machines such as computer, copier, and fax machine
  • Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, and exercise good judgment
  • Proficient computer and document skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

                                                    Preferred Qualifications

  • 1-3 years office experience

  • Associate Degree
