Key Responsibilities

• Vet Installation opportunity for feasibility

• Find Installers in local area

• Get Installers approved as vendor

• Operate as an internal and external customer support expert that helps build, manage, and facilitate an excellent customer experience

• Manage Installation projects from Project Quote to Installation prices, while keeping track of proposals

• Initiates and maintains regular communication with customer across the install life cycle, ensures timely customer follow-up, and resolves open questions

• Facilitates customer satisfaction from point-of-sale through follow up service and provides ongoing support for job-related issues

• Create & Share project schedule

• Keep Sales reps. up-to-date on Project status

• Keep projects from growing stagnant

• Determine when Product will be shipped to the Customer and keep them notified

• Schedule installation w/both Installer & Customer

• Manage project to completion and ensure Sales & Customer relationship stays intact

• Remind Customer of scheduling and extend information (Installer name, etc.)

• Forward recommended bids to Sales Rep. who will work w/Manager to quote the project

• Follow-up w/Sales rep.’s to gauge Installation progress or lack thereof

• Installer & Coordinator will keep in contact with up-to-date progress (Changes, issues, etc.)

• Installer will make Coordinator aware of any additional purchases the Customer expressed interest in and relay that to the Sales Team

• Follow-up with the Customer to address any Product or Installation issues that may arise

• Create top class Customer experience

• Ensure Installer Invoice is processed ASAP

• Stellar people skills – working with B2B clientele and team members

• Impeccable phone manner and written communication skills

• Exemplary computer skills – including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Microsoft Project

• Positive attitude and loves helping achieve a solution for customers

• Extremely organized while paying great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task

• The ability to listen effectively

• Self- motivated and must have initiative to complete tasks with little or no direction

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Keep accurate records and follow-up as necessary to complete customer's job accurately and on time
