Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Effectively collect, evaluate and process large sets of data, identify trends, and proactively solicit feedback from others with a focus on providing recommendations and solutions

• Take ownership for the normalization and processing of new and existing product information data from start to finish as it relates to new & existing items on GlobalIndustrial.com

• Effectively measure and record steps for each process to establish a standard time

• Work with Product Data team to enhance and better define collection and normalization processes

• Work in partnership with the internal and external teams, focused on sku and content enrichment, data collection and scrapping efforts with an eye for automation

• Work with our third party organizations to improve these processes to speed delivery and ingestion

• Perform content activities such as data analysis, editing, applying updates resulting from data normalization, content support and other functions along with ensuring the consistency of product information

Competencies and skills

Qualifications:

• Rising Sophomores/ Juniors pursuing a major in Economics, Business Administration or related field.

• Solid analytical skills and strong organizational skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of the organization.

• Experience with standard MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience with Power BI is a plus

• Handle multiple activities simultaneously and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
