Key Responsibilities

  • Work with business stakeholders to identify learning solutions that empower sales to generate revenue.

  • Facilitate coaching sessions that educate on selling process, methodology, and call quality.

  • Assist in the development of competency-driven, role-based programs.

  • Assist in planning and executing sales training events and meetings.

  • Prepare training and instructional guides that help sellers generate revenue including managing New Hire Onboarding.

  • Communicate new programs and resources to business leaders and reps.

  • Report on the effectiveness of sales training and programming.

  • Manage the training “catalog” on Sales Place to ensure timely, relevant, updated content.

  • Ensure that all Sales Place resources are current and accessible by our sales organization.

  • Capture feedback from our “customers” --sellers and sales leaders and recommend/create programming
