[Payroll Accounting Analyst]{.underline} for the Olympic Area Agency on Aging (O3A). One position available based in Port Townsend, WA.  40 hrs./wk., Non-Exempt.  Salary range is $57,463 - $75,396 annually.  Benefits include: 12 paid holidays per year, paid annual and sick leave accrual, WA PERS pension plan, medical plan including vision, dental plan, EAP counseling, life and AD&D insurance. Primarily manages payroll through ADP. Other accounting duties include reconciliations, some accounts receivable and audit/monitoring support.  AA Degree in Accounting or related field AND three years of bookkeeping/accounting/payroll experience; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.  Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and computerized accounting and payroll systems required. APA certification, experience with ADP payroll system, and/or experience in grants accounting is a plus! Requires current WDL & insured vehicle.
