Job Description:

The Project Coordinator supports Project Management with material procurement, inventory, daily labor reports, and administrative tasks needed to ensure the project is organized.

Responsibilities

  • Daily Labor Reports

  • Communicating with vendors

  • Creating Purchase Orders or Purchase Agreements

  • Process Invoices for timely payment.

  • Support in daily communications and record keeping.

  • Interacting with field personnel when necessary

  • Other responsibilities/duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Prevailing Wage and DOL

  • Clerical, administrative, and basic accounting.

  • Experience in the construction field.

  • Attention to detail, problem-solving, and self-motivation.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks (or other accounting software)

  • Access to Military construction projects

Compensation and Benefits

  • $26.00-$30.00 hourly

  • The offered rate will be based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience.

  • This position is eligible for our benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. We also offer a 401(k) plan with company match, company-paid holidays, and vacation.
