Mountain Lake Services Cornerstone Training Specialist in PORT HENRY, New York

As a Training Specialist you get to: Collaborate with team members to provide direction to Direct Support Professionals in situations where intensive behavioral supports are needed. Provide clinical guidance to promote individualization, skills development and community inclusion. Assist with developing training plans to provide practical and effective training in therapeutic and strength based clinical interventions. And get a chance to work collaboratively with a group of clinicians in a treatment program utilizing trauma informed methods of treatment.

Educational Requirements: Associates degree in Human Services field. Will also accept a High School diploma with experience working with people who have IDD and/or sexually problematic behaviors.
