Responsibilities * Client assessments, develop care plans, client file review * National accounts development and maintenance * Infusion services and phlebotomy * Assist with RN/LPN hiring * Perform supervisory visits * Uphold BrightStar behavior standards * On-Call for emergency  as needed Benefits                                                                                                               * Paid Time Off * Health Insurance * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Opportunity for quarterly performance based bonuses * Opportunity for advancement Requirements * RN with five (5) years clinical experience required with at least 3 of those involving infusion therapy * One (1) year of supervisory experience required * Two (2) years’ experience in-home care preferred * Must be proficient in IV starts and infusion therapy * Advanced Nursing Certifications (CRNI preferred) * Current state license to practice in Florida * Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.  Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program. * Possess exceptional nursing assessment skills * Comply with accepted professional standards of practice * Excellent interpersonal skills * Analytic/Critical thinker * Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations   We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against applicants due to race, ethnicity, gender, veteran status, or on the basis of disability or any other federal, state or local protected class.
