**Position Summary This position will report to the General Manager of Supply.

The successful candidate will possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm; drive and motivation to grow and develop their career. Candidates will be at the forefront interaction between the JCB sales team, dealers and JCB corporate. This opportunityis an excellent entry way to learn and grow withour organization.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES

    • Creates and maintains the Order Fulfilment and remote port master schedule.
  • Works closely with Logistics to understand vessel arrival and machine availability, makes necessary adjustments to the master schedule
  • Works with Supply and Material Planners to ensure schedule is executable; work orders, attachment availability verified, and machine deliveries
  • Works closely with Supply and Material Planners to adjust the master schedule to ensure Order Fulfilment and remote ports are only targeting and working invoiceable machines
  • Uploads work orders into "One Sources" for remote port work
  • Assists the GM of Supply in creation of accurate and achievable monthly forecast

Minimum Qualifications Four (4) year college degree or equivalent and relevant experience. Must be able to work full-time *Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies *

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Comfortable in an office environment and operating (or learning to operate) heavy equipment
  • Technical competence a plus
  • Must be customer service oriented, flexible, articulate, confident, persistent, organized, and have a high energy level
  • Must have excellent follow-through skills
  • Must have a professional, polished, and sophisticated demeanor and be comfortable in most social settings
