Description:

Summary:

Maintain the appearance of the pool to hotel standards at all times. Monitors all activity at the pool, enforces rules, and provides assistance to guests as needed. Provides outstanding guest service at all times.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the inventory control and equitable distribution of pool towels

  • Coordinate with other team members at the pool and in EVS to manage the towels and cleanliness of the pool area

  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required

  • Upbeat personality and attitude

  • Ability/experience providing high level of guest service

  • At least 16 years of age

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal

  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company

  • Verify right to work in the United States
