Minimum rate of pay: $33.92 PLUS DailyPAY

Position Purpose

The Registered Nurse works in a collaborative environment at Trinity Health to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team supplying evidence-based medicine and individualized patient care. Nurses are expected to ease all aspects of the patient visit experience.

Shifts Available: 7:00pm - 7:30am

Status available: Full-time

Required Qualifications:

Education

  • Graduation from a school of nursing that results in the ability of the graduate to sit for the NCLEX exam to become licensed as a Registered Nurse. BSN preferred.

Licensure

  • Current State of Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License.

  • BLS.

  • ACLS required for the following departments : Float Pool, Cardiac/Cath Lab, AICU, Emergency

Experience

  • Prior experience in Intensive Care Unit or Emergent department setting.

What you will do:

• Under limited supervision, the Registered Nurse handles assessing patients, including developing, evaluating, and changing the care plan. The RN interprets and performs complex patient care procedures specific to their ability.

• RNs are members of the Care Team and Support Team and have accountability to function as a team to conduct patient outcomes identified in the pathway/plan of care.

• The Registered Nurse is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for the care given to a group of patients for a designated period.

• The RN supplies care to those patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/technology, and other healthcare team members, according to established standards.

• Patients served include all age groups (Infant through Older Adults) as named in Performance
