  • Preparar estudos de tempo da produção, otimizar os processos de acordo com cada estação de trabalho;

  • Ser responsável pela análise e tratativas de refugo de sua área, utilizando ferramentas de Solução de Problemas de forma Estruturada;

  • Participar das Reuniões de Resposta Rápida e agir de forma colaborativa para o resultado de sua área;

  • Ministrar treinamentos para a operação;

  • Padronizar processos e documentos técnicos;

  • Analisar e suportar a preparação de instruções de processos;

  • Puxar melhorias utilizando formato A3;

  • Suportar no desenvolvimento de fornecedores de materiais auxiliares;

  • Participar em eventos de melhoria contínua;

  • Fazer auditorias escalonadas;

  • Suportar em análises sobre diferenças de estoque entre consumo e apontamentos;

  • Participar de auditorias com o Cliente e suportar em dados e análises técnicas;

  • Trabalhar em conjunto com a liderança de fábrica e áreas de apoio.

• Experiência na área de Produção;

• Conhecimento nos processos de Perfilamento, Dobras e Robôs;

• Pacote Office Avançado (Excel, word, power point);

• Ensino Técnico Completo em Produção, Mecânica ou áreas relacionadas à operação;

• Noções em Lean Manufaturing;

• Conhecimento intermediário em Métodos de Análise e Resolução de Problemas (A3, PDCA, etc).

• Power BI é diferencial;

• Ensino Superior em Áreas Técnicas (Eng. Mecânica, Produção, Eletrônica ou outros).
