Job descriptionThe employee will be working in the Pre-Process Inspection Area performing a variety of inspection and testing duties to insure that shipped products fulfill all customer specification and quality requirements.\ \ Primary Operational Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ability to read, understand and learn customer specifications, Cygnus operating procedures, and work order instructions to certify part Quality Inspection and acceptance.
  • Perform physical and visual inspection of raw materials, fabricated parts, and equipment in accordance with work order, specifications, operating procedures, and other documentation.
  • Complete inspection task and required paper work accurately, in a timely manner.
  • Perform and document all inspection results, ensuring all planned quality requirements are met and when necessary, troubleshoot and initiate nonconformance reports and disposition all nonconforming items.
  • Follow scheduled priority list to ensure parts are shipped on time.
