We're seeking a Workforce Analysis Engineer Intern!

During this internship, you will gain insight into Supply Chain management models by assisting the Workforce Analysis Team in measuring industrial KPIs.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Consolidate monthly WF analysis at Plant level, driving variance analysis by shop

  • Monitor performance KPIs and targets, ensuring the alignment with costs and efficiency

  • Monitor and analyze production requirements

  • Plan and forecast shops needs to ensure proper and optimized level of utilization of the workforce

  • Support Manufacturing Target Cost definition during cost estimation

  • Learn and apply technical method to measure routing time with stopwatch

  • Analyze Hourly Direct/Indirect activities, and provide criteria for definition of the workforce needs

  • Learn how to consolidate the Hourly Strategic Workforce Planning

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering from an accredited University (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial degree is preferred)

  • High Proficiency in computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to read and understand engineering drawing & technical specifications

  • Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes and provide efficient solutions

  • Proven analytical and organizational ability

  • Fluent Italian and good English Knowledge

  • Work Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is required
