Your New Job

As Assistant General Manager, your job will include:

Assisting the General Manager in all areas of the business including Training, Hiring, Cost Controls, Food Safety, helping the crew understand how to take care of the guest etc.

We have a very simple GM development program. We have developed a certification checklist where you and the GM will simply checkoff your progress each week as you progress toward each management level. Our Supervisors come in and check up on your progress and the local owners in the company are very aware of your progress and how you are developing. We all want to see you develop and move on to each management level.GED or Higher

One to two years of restaurant experience preferred.
