he areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating program management, instructor recruitment, registration, customer service, and class and event logistics; conducting market research to evaluate and assess community educational needs; developing classes and events for community members; preparing marketing and advertising materials; developing schedules for community programming; administering the set-up and delivery of classes and events; monitoring all classes, events, and instruction to ensure quality; collecting survey results and evaluations and compiling results for analysis; establishing, cultivating, and maintaining community, instructor, and class participant relationships; representing the college in the local professional community; and other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Education.
