Honeywell Sr Program Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota

This position is for a Microelectronics Sr. Program Specialist at the Plymouth, Minnesota site. This role will work closely with the Program Managers to manage and execute the assigned programs for the microelectronics product line. The role requires microelectronics process and/or product knowledge to be able to develop and manage programs. This position will collect the voice of the customer data and work with engineering to launch products out of the Plymouth Foundry. The role will require business development activities to understand the needs of the customers using radiation hardened microelectronics and make sure the foundry is driving to meet the needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Management of key products from proposal to completion.

  • Work within a team environment to define product deliverables.

  • Experience working closely with customers on issue resolution and projects.

  • Relationship building of customer(s)

  • Utilization of Earned Value Management Tools and Philosophy

  • Work closely with the Program Management community to continuously improve our processes.

  • Manage Key Program Metrics such as cost, milestones, and schedules.

    Must Have:

  • 3+ years’ experience within semiconductor technical or business field

  • Ability to obtain a DoD Clearance

  • BS/BA/ in electronics or business

  • Good understanding of Technology and Product Life Cycle management and ability to assess maturity of technology and products at set phase.

  • Microsoft Office Suite including MS Project
