Honeywell Sr ISC Proj Mgmt Specialist in Plymouth, Minnesota

Expertise the implementation of inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions within Honeywell Aerospace Technology. You will engage in the execution and follow up with policies, procedures, and material control systems. You will identify and solve problems in and out of immediate work area independently and ensure materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels. You are expected to lead project teams within the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading dock team for daily support and processes

• Freight analysis for claims and understanding the freight systems

• Understanding processes for exports and imports

• Hazardous material and dangerous goods shipping and returns

• Support tier meetings for logistics, materials and escalations

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVES

• 3+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or similar field

• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

• Proficiency with relevant business systems (SAP)

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Demonstrated oral and written communications skills; ability to effectively interface and build strong relationships

• Six sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Materials Management, or related discipline
