Amerilab Technologies is a growing and leading US manufacturer in the development, manufacturing, and packaging of effervescent tablets, and effervescent and non-effervescent powders in stick packs and sachets, and we are currently seeking skilled and experienced Machine Operator I to join our team. Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm As a Machine Operator I, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our state-of-the-art production equipment, including tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and packaging lines. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our production processes run smoothly and meet our high standards of quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include: Setting up and operating production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency. Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and equipment. Troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise. Maintaining accurate records of production runs and machine performance. Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Other Duties and Responsibilities: Understand and adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices. Safety Protocol: Stop any observed unsafe acts and obey facility safety rules and procedures. Correct or report any observed safety hazards. Support safety policies and programs.
