ICU Medical Intern - Procurement - Hybrid in Plymouth, Minnesota
Position Summary// The purpose of the role is to assist the Procurement Systems, Initiatives and Compliance team in (3) areas to improve functional operations. * * Essential Duties & Responsibilities · Docusign Contract Lifecycle System (CLM) o Develop SOP on the use of the CLM for standardization use of mandatory fields o Revise training materials and record training for reference by system users o Help system users develop CLM dashboards for at-a-glance status or actions required * * · Purchased Item Data Categorizations o Review gaps in (3) level Purchased Items Categorization data, obtain Category Manager input regarding missing or incorrect data, and submit for revision in the ERP o Review output quality reports and complete further corrections where needed · Procurement Data Integrity Improvements o Gather requirements for Business Intelligence (BI) data integrity dashboard reporting o Work with BI Team to develop dashboard reporting and coordinate testing with Procurement team * * Knowledge & Skills · Experience with MS Office suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, et al) · Experience or familiarity with ERP systems helpful · Ability to present to small and mid-sized audiences Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience · Must be at least 18 years of age · High School Diploma required · Supply Chain major preferred · Position requires active and current compliance with designated training requirements Work Environment · This is largely a sedentary role. · This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment.
