Our "Roof & Components (RC)" business unit develops and produces roof systems for every type of vehicle and autonomous driving. To achieve this, we rely on the most modern technologies and materials. Are you technically skilled and enthusiastic about product innovations? Then use your expertise and passion to help shape our success story.

You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

Train, develop co-workers and ensure all documentation is signed off(including skills matrix, job skill sheet, quality alerts, etc.) Provide leadership and direction to team members; enforce/discipline all company policies and procedures Monitors production operation to ensure product quality and production efficiency also change over and/or line set up efficiency Prepare line set-ups for following shifts, this includes first piece buyoffs Monitor area housekeeping and maintain standards; montitoring all safety equipment, Webasto owned equipment and tools (including tips, sandpaper, etc.) All other duties assigned by Management
