We are seeking an IT Generalist who is looking for an opportunity tomulti-task and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. You will have the chance tointeract with all levels and departments within our company, get hands on experience with enterprise software and application tools, ultimately providing technical advice and solutions to users and undertaking a technical troubleshooting role. You Will: Provide first level support for all systems and ensure appropriate escalation to appropriate departments. Support users and drivers within a particular area and aim to maintain an environment that enables them to perform their own role efficiently. React to reported problems in a manner with our vendors ensuring the problem is kept up to date until there has been a resolution. Work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practices is required. Ensure Telematic systems malfunctions are identified and repaired in accordance with all relevant regulations. Ensure repaired Telematic equipment is tested and performs as expected.

You Have: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in related field preferred. Excellent communications skills that could assist non-technical users in a professional and friendly manner. Demonstrated PC literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook required. Experience Windows 10, 11, Android, and iOS required. Basic understanding of and experience with any languages (Python, VBScript, HTML, PHP, C#, C , XML, or SQL) is preferred. The ability to troubleshoot computer and device-related issues both in person and over the phone with both local and remote employees. The ability to work in-office full-time.
