\ Webasto Roof Systems Inc. is currently recruiting for a HR Associate - Technical Trainer located at their Plymoiuth, MI but may travel to all MI locations.

\ Job Responsibilities:\ This role will be a mix of DOJO training and production training support.

* Support onboarding by serving as a trainer and gatekeeper to the sites\ * Direct Training Process auditing and training requirements\ * Deliver an engaging onboarding experience to new hires\ * Host technical training to new hires in MI DOJO\ * Audit and support Direct Training Process on the production floor\ * Communicate and support training initiatives\ * Provide administrative support to the HR Training team


\ Education & Experience:

* 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment\ * Previous training experience preferred\ * Ability to understand manufacturing concepts and present them in a way that all new hires can understand\ * Must be outgoing and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel\ * Confidence presenting training material to groups of new hires at all levels of the organization as well as working with production leadership and new hires to support Direct Training Process\ * Must have excellent documentation, organizational and oral communication skills\ * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook\ * Must be able to travel intermittently within one hour to Webasto\'s Michigan sites as needed
