Be a crucial link with our customers, sales, and engineering as you provide a 'best approach' for technical proposals and costing supporting highly engineered custom projects. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify vital customer data and specs, analyze project requirements to gain a thorough understanding of project needs
  • Develop meticulous cost estimates, incorporating materials, labor, and other resources 
  • Create strategic and competitive proposals that effectively showcase our customized solutions, articulating the technical merits and advantages for the customer
  • Kick-off and hand-off the project to a dedicated team, ensuring clarity through comprehensive documentation and effective communication
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight to project teams, utilizing detailed technical and financial insights from cost estimates and proposals

*Requirements: *

  • Technical degree, preferably in Mechanical Engineering (ME) or Electrical Engineering (EE)
  • Senior-level experience in industrial, manufacturing, automation, or capital equipment projects
  • Technical aptitude and ability to describe manufacturing systems and complex machines at a concept level
  • Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks and strong Excel and MS Project skills
  • Strong communication and time management skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%)
  • Due to ITAR requirements and the nature of work performed within our facilities, sponsorship is not available for this role
