Job Description

The Change/Defect Manager of a project is responsible to identify, manage and track project specific Change Requests/Defects (external, internal) until closure - C hange and Defect Manager in global ADAS Customer project.

  • Change and Defect Manager in global ADAS Customer project.

  • Problem resolution management (defect management) and change management

  • Identifying, managing, tracking and reporting problems and software/hardware defects in the project

  • Organizing and lead regular meetings with representatives from different software and system components to track documented problems and coordinate priorities, among other things

  • Participating customer and other stakeholder meetings

  • Reporting to the project management the current status of the problems, as well as software/hardware defects in the project, including the creation of a weekly report

  • Optimizing and developing the processes, methods and tools for problem resolution management, taking into account standards and norms (e.g. ASPICE).

  • Specifying Change Requests (external, internal) until implementation and to close the Change Request

  • Escalating decision needs beyond Change Request Management to the relevant stakeholders or projects

  • Checking for necessary process improvements and create defect & change related metrics


Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in relevant or related field

• 3 years in project and development experience

• 1 year of experience in Software development projects or other big projects (more than 150 HC)
