Job Description:
Apex Systems has aimmediate needs forcontract to hire Quality Assurance Technicianfor one of our growing Food clients in Philadelphia.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection of all productsto ensure compliance with GMP principles.
- Communicate with Quality Management and adhere to all quality standards.
- Sample testing Brix, pH, water baths, environmental monitoring, micro analysis & packaging testing
- Perform mock recalls to the needs of customers and SQF.
- Support process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with non-compliance notificationand corrective action follow ups.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree preferred, AS and non degree with applicable experience
- Previous Manufacturing experience is preferred
- 2nd & 3rd shift
