Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Plummer, MN. From: 04/10/2024 - 12/15/2024 Work: 48 hrs./week, Mon. - Fri. 8 hrs./day All hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of time and a half. Job Duties: Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting these crops. Employees will need to operate farm equipment including trucks, tractors and other equipment used in planting, growing, and harvesting of these crops. Complete general farm duties as assigned. Complete routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have 3 months experience; must be able to lift 50 lbs.; post-hire random drug tests required to enforce a drug free workplace policy; failing a drug test will result in termination; must have a regular driver's license (Class D); no minimum education required.
