We are a property management company seeking an experienced Property Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and property management.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain financial records for multiple properties

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports

  • Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Assist with budget preparation and forecasting

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

  • Communicate with property managers and other team members to ensure accurate financial reporting
