LTD Global Senior Controller in Pleasanton, California

We are looking for a Senior Controller with advanced controllership experience to join our team as a consultant.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial planning and analysis support to medium-sized companies

  • Provide fractional controllership support to clients

  • Manage accounts with revenue over $3M

  • Manage at least 3 staff accountants/bookkeepers

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business discipline or equivalent, relevant experience

  • At least three years of experience in a controllership role

  • Demonstrated expertise in Accounting Software (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite, etc.)

  • Expertise in client and people management

  • Experience managing an accounting department preferred

  • Proficient in presenting at board meetings

  • Strong ability to provide process improvement and software suggestions

  • Grants and revenue tracking experience

  • Able to run cash flows reports, budgets, and KPIs

  • Can prepare and support high-level audit requirements

  • Project management and non-profit experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
