Vagaro Data Analyst in Pleasanton, California

We are seeking a dynamic Data Analyst who is excited about delving into data and driving key insights to support our organization. In this role, you will work closely with our engineering team and executive leadership to provide regular deep-dive analysis and maintain a pulse on metrics and trends of our key data points. You'll play a critical role in performing advanced correlation and predictive analysis, offering insights that lead to efficiency and optimization across teams and company-wide.

Position reports to Pleasanton, CA- Onsite position

How you will contribute:

  • Regularly conduct in-depth analysis and generate advanced reports on key metrics and trends.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize efficiency within the team and across the organization.

  • Perform complex data analysis to identify trends and predict future outcomes.

  • Assist with maintaining data models and providing reports as needed.

  • Construct and manage efficient data flows and pipelines.

  • Translate business questions and objectives into data-driven analysis and deliverables.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to provide insights and drive data-backed decisions.

Who we are searching for:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics; MBS or Master's degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

  • Advanced querying abilities to extract, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms.

  • Python or R experience preferred for advanced data analysis.

  • Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

  • Experience in cleaning and transforming raw data into usable formats is essential for accurate analysis.

  • Ability to discover insights, solve complex problems, and make strategic recommendations.

  • Ability to work well with various teams and convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Eager to bring new ideas and insights to the table and dive into new data.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and data trends.

  • Understanding of the specific industry the organization operates in, as it can provide context for data analysis and insights.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
