We are partnered with a quickly growing Manufactuing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their growing sales team in Plattsburgh, NY.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through effective communication and relationship-building.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively present and demonstrate product solutions

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales growth

  • Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and opportunities generated through marketing campaigns

  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate reports

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by management

Requirements

Qualifications:
