Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Senior Program Manager (Level L) to lead our Aerostructures and Component Repair & Overhaul Programs. In this role, the focus will be on the overall business and Profit/Loss (P&L) responsibility for Boeing’s portfolio of nacelles, flight controls, and related aerodynamic structural service offerings as well as our Component Repair & Overhaul business. The selected candidate will drive operational financial improvements, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and future growth strategy in Plano, TX.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options in Plano, TX.

Position Responsibilities

  • Business and P&L leader for the Aerostructures category: exchange, repair, lease, and sales

  • Lead the Integrated Product Team (IPT) that includes direct reports and team members across Sales, Marketing, Finance,Operations, Contracts, Supplier Management

  • Responsible for overall program: customer satisfaction, profitability, program execution, supplier performance, and growthAccountable to Business Unit leadership, engage regularly with key functional executive leadership.

  • Responsible for selective growth and driving profitability for the Aerostructures portfolio of services.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee. Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status .

Basic Qualifications ( Required Skills / Experience ):

  • 5+ years’ experience in a role requiring project / program management skills

  • 3+ years’ experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal leadership role

  • 3+ years’ experience P&L (Profit & Loss) leadership

  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications ( Desired Skills / Experience ):

  • Experience in commercial aftermarket aviation services strongly preferred

  • Operational and supply chain acumen

  • Negotiation skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
