LEADING TORCH LLC Data/DevOps Engineer in PLANO, Texas

Data/DevOps Engineer - Plano, TX. Responsible for designing, building, and maintaining enterprise, mission-critical cloud infrastructure, including building data and DevOps pipelines. Design, develop, maintain, test, and document data solutions that include databases, data transformation pipelines, and data movement for enterprise clients. Build large scale data platforms that provide analytical capability and drive decision making. Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the availability, reliability, and scalability of data solutions. Automate and optimize data workflows and processes. Automate data ingestion, processing, validation, and delivery using scripting languages and frameworks and implementing best practices and standards for data quality, governance, and documentation. Design logical and physical data models of target data platforms. Design frameworks that enable the team to build data pipelines at scale. Build data transformation pipelines for high throughput use cases. Design data solutions on public cloud technologies (AWS, Azure). Contribute to tooling as well as technology architecture and direction. Other similar duties as assigned. M-F; 40 hrs/week.
