JPMorgan Chase Business Operations Project Manager & Change Delivery Lead - Vice President in Plano, Texas

Are you an experienced Project Manager or Change Delivery professional with a successful track record of product (applications) and data management project delivery? Are you seeking an opportunity to make an impact in an industry-leading Commercial Real Estate business? If so, the Commercial Real Estate Business Operations Project Management Office is the right team for you! In this role you will be responsible and lead a team focused on end-to-end project and change delivery while fostering inclusive and customer-centric project teams.

As a Business Operations Project Manager within Commercial Real Estate, you will partner with our product (applications) and data management teams to drive critical investment projects that will transform and enhance the business performance engine. You will lead a small team that manages projects, change readiness and delivery efforts while ensuring projects are scoped appropriately to be completed on time. Working closely with product owners, data product managers and key stakeholders, you and your team will understand and document project objectives and scope, engage project resources, develop and manage the execution of the project plan, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed through the duration of the project.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and own end-to-end project management and change delivery of product and data management focused projects, including assessment, planning, execution, process, and change readiness

  • Work directly with product owners and data product managers to establish change delivery needs and define projects

  • Develop and implement change management / readiness strategies and plans to drive successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives

  • Determine and define concise project scope and objectives, develop and manage a detailed project plan to meet project success measures, and produce thorough project documentation following project management methodology

  • Identify and understand risks, issues, key dependencies, and cross impacts across all product and data management projects; plan and communicate the path to mitigation or resolution

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders, including updates or changes to strategy, adjustments to approach, schedule or scope, risk management, and overarching progress

  • Lead, own, manage and drive projects with a high degree of technicality and complexity

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Strong experience, technical skills and fluency in project management and change readiness

  • Proven experience in delivery of complex product (applications) and data management projects with a keen eye on controls, process, impacts, and readiness

  • Flexibility to recognize, quickly adapt, and work effectively in a variety of situations and with individuals or groups with varying perspectives and objectives

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to influence stakeholders across the organization, work collaboratively, and develop strong partnerships

  • Capability to effectively manage multiple work streams and projects with high level of autonomy, while being able to anticipate challenges and mitigate / resolve risks and issues

  • Able to balance the technical prowess required for the role with the soft skills necessary to effectively lead a team, motivate project members, drive results, and make decisions

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Products including, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio, Teams, Outlook, etc. Understanding of Jira, Confluence and Adobe Workfront.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret and present complex data

  • Bachelor's Degree. MBA a plus

  • Proficiency in Adobe Workfront a plus

  • Project Management certification a plus
