Job Description

Safran Aerosystems (SAO) conçoit des solutions de haute technologie qui optimisent la performance des aéronefs et la sécurité des vols.

La division Customer Support & Services (CSS) est le réseau après-vente de SAO, acteur majeur des équipements et des systèmes embarqués pour les avions et les hélicoptères.

Rattaché(e) au service Training de la division CSS, vous êtes en charge de :

  • Gérer les demandes de formation des clients, monde, CSS au travers d'un CRM

  • Coordonner les sessions de formation avec les ateliers

  • Tenir et piloter le planning des formations

  • Gérer la relation avec les départements commerciaux

  • Suivi des commandes dans l'ERP

Vous participez également à :

  • La mise en place de la tarification des services proposées

  • Contribuer au reporting et KPI du service

  • La promotion commerciale et marketing de l'activité

  • La relation avec le département légal pour l'élaboration de contrats

Job Requirements

Vous êtes issus d'une formation Bac +2/3 avec une expérience dans la gestion de relation client à l'international.

Compétences clés :

  • Maîtrise d'ERP, CRM, Excel, Power BI

  • Bon relationnel

  • Communication

  • Animation des réunions

  • Sens du business / commerce

  • Rigueur et organisation

Vous êtes capable de dialoguer à l'écrit et à l'oral avec un correspondant anglophone dans un environnement multiculturel.
