Job responsibilities

  • Maintaining required CSI (Customer Satisfaction) scores

  • Promptly greet customers

  • Obtain customer information or update current information

  • Write up customer concerns

  • Preview multi point inspection process

  • Perform a walk around every vehicle

  • Prepare estimates for repairs

  • Obtain customer authorization for repair

  • Follow up with customer on progress

  • Review repairs once completed with customer

  • Follow up within 48 hours after repairs

  • Comply with the BAR Ro standards (write it right )

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years required in automotive writing

  • Ability to multi task under pressure with work volume and stay composed

  • Great in person communication skills

  • Basic math skills

  • Computer knowledge of basic programs and data entry

  • Phone etiquette

  • Automobile knowledge a plus
