Job Scope

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be our client's primary point of contact. You willassist them with inquiries, provide information about our products and services, and ensurecustomer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, problem-solving skills, and astrong lighting and electrical systems understanding.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate and detailed informatio about products, services, and pricing.

  • Process customer orders, including generating quotes, invoicing, and coordinating deliveryor installation schedules.

  • Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive resolution and customer satisfaction.

  • Provide essential technical assistance to customers regarding lighting and electrical products and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

  • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, sales teams, and other internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and feedback for future reference.

  • Stay updated on the latest lighting and electrical products, industry trends, and regulations to assist customers better.

  • Collaborate with sales and technical teams to relay customer feedback and improve overall customer experience.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in electrical systems or related fields is a plus.

  • Proven experience in customer service roles, preferably within the lighting and electrical industry.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly and understandably.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues professionally and efficiently.
