Beyond TalentEdge, in exclusive partnership with a specialized ultrasound-based systems manufacturing company in Rochester, NY, is seeking an experienced Site Manager with an Electrical Engineering degree. This is a direct hire opportunity where a qualified candidate will have an Electrical Engineering background and experience that includes monitoring and analyzing an organization and its systems, processes, etc. for effectiveness to determine strategies for improvement, as well as managing departments, budgets, P&Ls, and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to establish and achieve sales and profit goals. A full job description can be provided to interested/qualified candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide oversight of the entire facility, ensuring efficient operationsEstablish and implement strategic goals and growth initiatives in collaboration with the leadership teamSupervise and set goals for all departments, fostering communication between themPlan and implement operational changes for long-term efficiency improvements in company operationsImplement business processes for effective reporting to Upper Management and LeadershipCreate, review, and approve financials, P&Ls, and budgets, as well as financial tracking and reportingDetermine project budgets and schedules, managing projects and personnel accordinglyCollaborate closely with Upper Management and Leadership for strategy development, production process optimization, and Sales & Marketing activitiesPrioritize and assign strategic tasks to department managers, overseeing their activitiesCoordinate with shared services, IT, Finance, and HRUndertake other projects or duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors Degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering required; Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering strongly preferred; MBA preferredMinimum of ten (10) years of experience as a project manager within a manufacturing environmentMinimum of five (5) years of operations management experience within a manufacturing environmentProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS ExcelSpecial Position Requirements: Location in the Rochester, NY area or willingness to relocateDomestic and international travel required; valid US passport or ability to obtainBeyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
