Servicenet Residential Site Manager in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

Works collaboratively with the Program Director to manage the residential program. Responsibilities are multi-faceted and include; MAP coordination, program coordination and maintenance, staff supervision and scheduling, and on-call rotation. Responsibilities: Participate in client, staff, and management team meetings. Monitor the staff schedule and schedule relief coverage as needed. Counsel, train, and supervise staff during each scheduled shift. Assists residents with ADL\'s (which may include the use of adaptive equipment); dining guidelines / protocols. Help prepare meals, clean, do laundry, grocery shopping, and help keep the home pleasant and comfortable. Transportation to/from appointments, community events, etc. Complete daily shift notes, data tracking, and any other individual record keeping that may be assigned. Assist with the development and implementation of individual support goals. Administer medications once certified. Remain current on agency certifications / trainings. Qualifications: College degree and supervisory/management experience preferred. High School Diploma or GED is required. Valid driver\'s license and acceptable motor vehicle record. Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills. MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certified preferred. Experience working with people who live with developmental delays and/or brain injuries. Pay & Benefits: Starting \$18.57-\$19.53/hr - \$1.00 wage differential for Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification. Paid orientation and trainings. Generous time-off package.
