We are seeking a reliable and organized Temporary Receptionist to join our team during a leave coverage period. The ideal candidate will provide excellent front-desk support, ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors and efficient clerical assistance to our staff. This is a full time position, Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm and pays \$21/HR. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to the appropriate person or department. - Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed. - Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. - Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation. - Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff. - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. - Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
