The receptionist is responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities including but not limited to customer service, answering and directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution and requisition of supplies. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience and/or training preferred Strong organizational skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments. Ability to work with Microsoft Office and other software programs. Demonstrated keyboarding skills required.
