We are seeking a hard-working Quality Assurance Manager for our growing business. Our QA Manager will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the organization\'s products and/or development processes before the finished products reaches customers. Supervisory Responsibilities: - Supervise and train quality assurance staff (inspectors, technicians, other staff) - Ensure all federal and state legal standards are met. - Communicate with external quality assurance officers during on-site inspections. - Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies. - Conduct internal audits. Required Skills/Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong supervisory and leadership skills. - Ability to handle frequent interruptions. - Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. - Reliable and trustworthy.
