Part time position with the potential to transition to full time hours for the right candidate. Flexible schedule within the hours of Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5: 00 PM. Prepare Nutrition, Client co-pay, and Fundraising deposits. Process fund requests and purchase orders Record general ledger entries into computerized accounting system. Assist and be a backup for the accounts payable and receivable functions. Scan documents for storage into the electronic database. Maintain prompt and regular attendance. Competencies: Ability to learn quickly and assume responsibility for required tasks. High level of accuracy with numbers. Excellent communication skills. Strong computer knowledge and skills, especially with Excel and other Microsoft products Ability to work independently.
