Essential Job Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - Escort residents to/from various places. - Assist with activities and engage with residents. - Assist nurses, nursing assistants, and care team. - Document relevant information regarding the residents\' activities. - Therapeutic assistance as needed. - Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
