Viability Administration Support Professional 2 in Pittsfield, Massachusetts

** $500 sign on bonus ($250 at the completion of first week of training and $250 after successful completion of first 90 days)**

Position: Administrative Support Professional 2 – Full Time

Location: Pittsfield, MA

Rate of Pay: $19.00 per hour

Hours: 30 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday 6 hours per day

Summary:

  • The Administrative Support Professional 2 is responsible for data entry and report compilation from electronic healthcare records, bookkeeping, general office duties, receptionist coverage, and direct service as assigned. Responsibilities also include assistance with the daily operations of a human services office, which serves adults with various disabilities. Computer literacy, familiarity with a variety of computer programs including EXCEL, and a facility with numbers/math are all preferable. Ability to implement the organization’s mission and values by supporting individuals to make positive changes in their lives.

Qualifications:

  • High School/GED plus 1-year related experience with Excel, basic accounting, internet, basic office procedures, and email

Requirements:

  • Ability to use computers to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Data entry, email, and internet essential.

  • Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record, Must be able to travel within the region to access residential settings, employers, offices and community organizations

  • Ability to learn and work in our Electronic Healthcare Record
